Delete your account

You have the right to delete your BillKaro account and associated personal data at any time. Here's how it works.
What deletion removes
- Your BillKaro login and profile
- Your workspace, customers, invoices, inventory and reports
- Attached documents, notes and messages
- Access tokens and API credentials
What we may keep
We may retain limited information where required by applicable law (for example, transaction records for tax and audit purposes) or where necessary to prevent fraud or resolve disputes. Aggregated, anonymised analytics are kept indefinitely as they no longer identify you.
Self-service deletion
Once available in your workspace settings, account deletion can be triggered from Settings → Account → Delete workspace. A confirmation email is required and there is a 14-day grace period during which the action can be reversed by contacting support.
Request deletion by email
You can also request deletion by emailing founder.eve.ai@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include your workspace name. We verify identity and process the request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Data export before deletion
You can export your invoices, customers, inventory and ledger to CSV or Excel from Settings → Data before deletion. On request, we can also provide a machine-readable export of your personal data.
